Come home to your Self
You’ve been holding a lot
And it’s starting to show.
On the surface, you're managing: work, parenting, relationships, the endless to-do list. But underneath, you're tired. Overwhelmed. Questioning everything.
You might be quietly questioning what if, navigating a life that feels like it’s being lived for the benefit of others, or silently unraveling in a relationship that feels one-sided and exhausting.
You may feel stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, emotional caretaking, or burnout — unsure how to reclaim your time, your energy, or your sense of self.
If any of that resonates, you're not alone.
I know what it feels like to be stuck in a marriage you quietly outgrew years ago.
To be in a relationship that hasn’t felt the same since you became a mother.
To not be able to answer, or communicate effectively, what you need — hell, what you even like.
And to wonder where your spark went, and if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.
Capital S Self
This is your origin story. The version of you that was already whole from the first breath you took. The conscious Self, — the part of you that already knows what you desire, what you need, and what’s no longer sustainable.
You weren’t designed to be a “self-made” woman. You were designed to be a connected one.
We keep trying on identities that don’t belong to us — performing versions of power that were never meant to fit our skin.
Yes, we’ve been granted more permission than ever before, but most of us are still moving through the world on a masculine blueprint.
Our bodies whisper, sometimes scream, but we’ve gone tone-deaf to the language of our own intuition — a language the feminine spirit speaks fluently: through cooperation, collaboration, and a deep, embodied sense of belonging.
So ask yourself —
Do you feel like you belong?
In your body.
In your life.
In your story.
“There is a voice that doesn’t use words. Listen”
— Rumi
The Self is your inner compass — calm, clear, creative, and deeply compassionate. It’s the part of you that already knows who you are beneath the noise.
I step in to scaffold Self-first practices into your daily life. Together we’ll test new ways of being — not doing. The higher Self values time, energy and attention as a sacred resource, recognizing it as nonrenewable.

Relating & Attachment
Relationships are the bread and butter of life. Whether you’re dealing with high conflict, a breakup, or loneliness, it all has a significant impact. Feeling disconnected, isolated, or a lack of belonging can quietly drain your time, energy, mood and self-worth.
By reflecting on your patterns and clarifying what you truly desire, you open the door to deeper and fulfilling connection—within yourself and with others.
Congruent in Identity
You are more than the roles you fill. We’ll explore who you are — beyond the masks of caregiving, compliance and compulsive selflesssness. You’re likely taking on responsibilities that were never yours, and imposing duty where it no longer exists. The only obligation you have is to care for yourself - she’s all you’ve got, from the moment you are born until your last breath. Let’s get curious together about where you may be overfunctioning and when you’re underexpressing your needs.
Feeling Stuck or Lost
We all dissociate. It’s a survival strategy that humans adopt at one point, or for some throughout, life. Whether it’s burnout, a big life question, or the sense that you’ve gone missing in your own story — you can reconnect with your spirit and your sovereignty, moving forward from a place of alignment.

Please note:
At Capital S, I offer non-clinical coaching services.
Counseling (psychotherapy) is best suited for those navigating emotional distress, trauma, relationship patterns, anxiety, or mental health concerns. These sessions are grounded in clinical training, evidence-based interventions, and occur within the structure of a therapeutic relationship.
Coaching is designed for emotionally stable individuals who are seeking personal growth, clarity, accountability, and values-based alignment. Together, we focus on the present and future—not on clinical diagnosis or deep trauma work.
If you’re unsure which path is right for you, I’m happy to help clarify or offer a trusted referral. You can also explore my clinical work and therapy offerings here.
