Frequently asked questions.

What’s your approach?

My work is integrative, Self-centered, and real. I blend my background in wellness, psychology, and embodiment with lived experience — as a mother, a woman who’s rebuilt her life, and a human who believes deeply in the resilience of women.

I’m not here to give you answers. I’m here to help you come home to your own.

Coaching with me is warm, direct, and relational. You’ll feel supported and seen — but also challenged in the best kind of way.

Who is Capital S for?

This work is designed for women navigating life transitions — separation, single motherhood, identity shifts, midlife reinvention, or a quiet (but persistent) sense that something has to change.

It’s for women who feel stuck or unseen… and are ready to return to themselves with honesty, courage, and maybe even a little fire.

Capital S is most supportive for those who are emotionally stable, self-reflective, and ready to take aligned steps toward growth. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to get curious.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Great question — and an important one.

Therapy is a clinical service that supports people experiencing mental health concerns, trauma, or emotional distress. It often involves processing the past and is facilitated by a licensed mental health professional (which I am — in a separate role).

Coaching is a non-clinical, present- and future-focused space for emotionally stable individuals who want clarity, alignment, and growth. We work on identity, transitions, values, and meaningful action. Coaching is about reconnecting with your Self — not diagnosing or treating symptoms.

If you’re unsure which path is right for you, I’m happy to talk it through or offer a trusted referral.

What can I expect from a session?

Sessions are structured yet spacious. We may use reflective prompts, grounding practices, somatic tools, or identity mapping — but it’s never one-size-fits-all.

What’s most alive for you that day will guide us. We’ll focus on what’s present and what’s next — not on fixing or forcing.

This is intentional space for clarity, embodiment, and becoming.

Are sessions in person or virtual?

I’m currently seeing clients in-person in Brentwood Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Virtual sessions allow for more flexibility and accessibility for women balancing full lives (and maybe a little chaos). In-person intensives and retreats are also in the works for the future!

How do I get started?

Start with a free 15-minute Clarity Call — a no-pressure conversation where we explore what’s feeling unclear or stuck, and whether this work feels like a good fit.

You don’t have to do it all alone. Let’s begin where you are.
