Frequently asked questions.

What’s your approach to coaching?

My work is integrative, soul-centered, and honest. I blend my background in wellness, psychology, and embodiment with real-life experience — as a mother, a woman who’s rebuilt her life, and a human who deeply believes in the resilience of women.

I’m not here to give you answers. I’m here to help you find your own.

Who is coaching for?

This work is for women who are navigating transition — separation, single motherhood, midlife reinvention, identity shifts, or simply a deep inner knowing that something has to change.

It’s for women who feel stuck or unseen… and are ready to return to themselves with honesty, grace, and maybe even a little fire.

Coaching works best for women who are motivated to grow — those who are willing to be self-reflective, open to change, and curious about their own patterns and potential. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to explore, ask questions, and take aligned steps forward.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Great question — and an important one.

Therapy is a clinical service that supports people who are experiencing mental health concerns, trauma, or significant distress. It often involves healing the past and is facilitated by a licensed mental health provider (which I am — in a separate role).

Coaching is not therapy.
Coaching is a non-clinical, present- and future-focused container for emotionally stable individuals who are ready to grow. We work on identity, transitions, clarity, and aligned action. It’s about reconnecting with your Self — not diagnosing or treating.

If you're unsure which you need, I’m happy to talk it through and point you in the right direction.

What can I expect from a coaching session?

Our sessions are guided, supportive, and spacious. I may offer reflective questions, grounding practices, or structured exercises — but it’s never cookie-cutter. Sessions are always led by what’s most alive for you that day.

We focus on your present experience and what you want to create next — not fixing or overanalyzing. Just honest, deep, compassionate work.

Are sessions in person or virtual?

At this time, all sessions are virtual. This allows for more flexibility and accessibility for women balancing full lives (and maybe a little chaos). In-person intensives and retreats are in the works for the future!
